Generating a Ticket From the Project Page
Navigate to the TicketGenius project page inside of your project.
TicketGenius will greet you with an input field. If you don't want autogenerated subtasks, click on the toggle to disable.
Enter a description for your story! Be as detailed as possible for best results, then click Submit.
Wait a few seconds and presto! Your brand new AI-generated story is ready to go 😊
Splitting a Story into Smaller Stories
Click on the TicketGenius button in any supported issue. This will create a new issue panel (see next slide).
The TicketGenius issue panel is now visible. Clicking "Break up this story" creates a preview of AI-generated stories that break up the current story into more manageable chunks.
Click through the tabs and accept the stories like.
By clicking "Accept", a new story is created in the backlog. Clicking the issue key opens the story in a new browser tab.
The accepted stories are automatically linked to the original story for your convenience!
Attaching a Story to An Epic
Click 'Attach to Epic'. The AI will attempt to find a suitable epic that is currently in progress and attach it to the story. If there isn't a relevant epic, a warning notification will appear.
Here is the view of the story in the backlog with the attached epic.
